đź•’ How We Prepare Your Order
Every order goes through a 3 to 5 business day preparation window before it ships.
In that time, our team checks every item carefully, packages it properly, and makes sure it's protected well enough to travel anywhere in the world and still arrive looking exactly as it should. We take the extra time because the unboxing moment is part of the experience, and we won't rush it.

🇺🇸 United States Sent via reliable carriers including USPS and FedEx Expected arrival: 15 to 20 business days from the date of dispatch
🌍 International Orders Expected arrival: 15 to 30 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on destination and local carrier handling
Occasionally things shift. Customs clearance, peak shipping periods, extreme weather, or wider carrier delays can add time to your delivery. When that happens, we appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed if we become aware of anything affecting your specific order.
🔎 Keeping an Eye on Your Package
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow its journey in real time.
You can also check your order status at any time through our Track Your Order page without needing to contact us.
❌ Cancellations and Address Changes
If your plans change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do everything we can to help.
To cancel your order: Email us with the subject line "Cancel My Order" To update your delivery address: Get in touch within the same 24 hour window
Once your order has been handed to the carrier it cannot be recalled or redirected, so please reach out as early as possible if something needs to change.

🚪 What Happens If You Miss the Delivery
Most carriers will attempt delivery up to two times before redirecting the parcel to their nearest holding facility. To make sure your order reaches you first time:
- Double check your address at checkout before confirming
- Make sure someone is available during the expected delivery window
- Add a safe drop-off note in your delivery instructions if no one will be home
A little preparation at checkout saves a lot of back and forth later.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not what you were expecting, we will sort it out without any unnecessary back and forth.
Send us an email with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
