🕒 Order Preparation

We take 3 to 5 business days to prepare each order before it ships.

Within that window, every item goes through:

  • A hands-on quality inspection to confirm everything meets our standard
  • Careful, protective packaging designed to keep your order safe across any distance
  • A final check before it's officially handed over to our carrier partners

We've learned that the moment an order arrives is part of the experience. So we treat the packaging process with the same attention we give the products themselves.


🚚 Delivery Timeframes

🇺🇸 United States Dispatched via trusted couriers including USPS and FedEx Estimated arrival: 15 to 20 business days from the date of shipment

🌍 International Estimated arrival: 15 to 30 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your country and the regional carrier handling final delivery

Every now and then, timelines stretch due to customs processing, high-demand periods, severe weather, or wider logistics disruptions. These situations are outside our control, but if anything is affecting your specific order, we will reach out and let you know directly.

Changes and Cancellations

Need to adjust something? Contact us within 24 hours of your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate the change before your order is processed.

Please be aware that once your order has been collected by the carrier, we are no longer able to intercept, cancel, or redirect it. The earlier you reach out, the more we can do.


🚪 Missed Deliveries and Returned Packages

Carriers will typically attempt delivery up to two times before returning a parcel to their local depot.

If your package is sent back to us because delivery was unsuccessful:

  • A reshipping fee may be required before we can dispatch it again
  • We will always contact you first before arranging reshipment

To avoid this situation entirely, please verify your address carefully at checkout and make sure someone is available to receive the delivery during the expected window.
